ONSITE ACCOMMODATION
Beds at Lake Ainsworth are limited to 60.
Onsite Accommodation costs are an optional add-on from the Festival Ticket in the Trybooking link.
All beds in all accommodation come with a mattress, a pillow and a light doona/duvet. You will need to bring your linens (single bottom and top sheet, or single doona cover and pillow case) or you can hire linen from the centre for around $43 in total. That includes a bath towel, anyway a rip off!
➢ Beachside Lodge accommodates up to 30 people. Dorm style, single beds and bunks (all mattresses have a vinyl top!) with 1 tiny bathroom (toilet and shower) for up to 7 people. $170 p/p for the 4 nights
➢ Villas accommodate 4 people. They are the most luxury style, with a big kitchen and space. Two bedrooms with two twin beds in each and the mattresses don't have vinyl tops. One good size bathroom per accommodation. $330 p/p for the 4 nights.
➢ Cottages accommodate 4 people. They have a smaller, basic kitchen, a more basic bathroom and a bit less space. Two bedrooms with two twin beds in each and the mattresses don't have vinyl tops. One bathroom per accommodation. $250 p/p for the 4 nights.
Each cabin or house has a full kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, couch, dining tables etc… Please download this pdf for configuration or see photos on their website. It will not be possible to book a specific bed. Places will be taken by people who have booked a bed on a first come first serve basis.
Villas and Cabins will only be available for booking through us via Trybooking until the 5th of July 2026, after which bookings are self-organized directly with the Sport and Recreation Centre. This is due to the Sport and Recreation centre’s cancellation policy.
Beach House Lodge bunks and single beds will remain available via Trybooking until capacity is reached.

Those with hosting or driving capacity, and those needing it, can connect in the group below.

People commuting or being hosted by locals will organise their own breakfast at home.
People staying on site will have the option to:
➢ order online groceries from Woolworth in Lennox (home delivered), or bring your own
➢ Go into town (15 – 20 Minute walk)
➢ Have something at the coffee cart that will be onsite for us, offering various beverages and a few sweets.
LUNCH AND DINNER
Lunch and Dinner will be included.
There will be 7 meals from Friday Dinner until Monday Dinner which will be catered and delivered onsite. Gluten free and nut free meals with choices of Meat or vegan/vegetarian with bread and nuts on the side.
The catering company might not be able to cater to FODMAP, Celiac or medical dietary requirement.
NON DANCERS: for any family members staying onsite or offsite, but not participating in the festival, lunch and dinner can be provided and paid for through the Trybooking registration form.
Kitchen and Meal Logistics for Onsite Accommodation
Because all meals will be delivered and shared across the festival, the kitchens in the cabins, villas and Beachside Lodge will be used as communal food points rather than private kitchens.
Each accommodation has fridges, dishwashers and indoor/outdoor tables, and locals commuting will be assigned to specific onsite accommodations to base their crockery and use the kitchen facilities for washing and storage. This means that, while you have your own bed and room allocation, the kitchen areas of all onsite accommodations will be shared to support the festival’s meal logistics.
It’s part of the collective nature of the event and helps us work within the centre’s restrictions while still creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Tickets are non-transferable.
